💖  A Gentle Reminder About Our Home

The UP House is a private family residence. We welcome guests with open hearts and ask that all visitors treat our home, family, and property with care and respect. Some houses are built with bricks. This one was built with love, adventure, and a promise to always keep dreaming.

To preserve the magic for everyone, any behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or not family-friendly will result in the session ending early without refund.

We love sharing our Disney-authorized house with others – and we also live here.

Your respect and understanding helps us continue opening our doors with joy.

📸  A Photoshoot Reservation Is Required For:

  • Staying longer than 3 minutes – no loitering
  • Using a photographer or for any business/marketing purposes, including filming
  • Wearing costumes or UP-themed outfits
  • Proposals
  • Engagement, family portraits, birthdays, and other special sessions

🎈  The Front Porch Adventure
(Outdoor Experience) – starting at $50

A joyful, whimsical photoshoot inspired by first pages and lifelong dreams.

This experience takes place entirely outdoors, in the front yard and on the iconic porch of the UP House. It’s perfect for playful moments, family memories, and that unmistakable UP magic – all without stepping inside the home.

What’s included:

  • 30-minute private photoshoot – you take your own photos or option to bring a photographer

  • Access to the front yard and front porch

  • Ideal for families, couples, children, and travel memories

This experience is a beautiful way to capture the spirit of adventure – lighthearted, nostalgic, and full of heart.

Step inside the heart of Carl and Ellie’s story.

This is our most immersive and limited experience, inviting you not only onto the porch, but inside the living room – an exact, Disney-authorized replica recreated down to the smallest details.

From the iconic chairs to the Paradise Falls mantle, this space often causes guests to pause, smile, and sometimes even tear up.

What’s included:

  • 30-minute private photoshoot total – you take your own photos or option to bring a photographer

  • Time inside the front room and outside – access to the front yard and front porch

  • Indoor access limited to the front room only and the tie straightening area by front door

  • Guided movement to protect the space

This experience is ideal for:

  • Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc

  • Milestone celebrations

  • Once-in-a-lifetime photos

  • Guests who want to feel fully immersed in the UP story

This is the most intimate experience we offer and availability is very limited.

💍  Cross My Heart Proposals – email for pricing

Enchanting moments await – with the rose-arch, Carl & Ellie chairs inside, front steps, the Paradise Falls fireplace or by the squirrel – pick the spot where your ‘will you?’ takes center stage. You decide if you’ll propose inside or outside! 

Typically, in this type of occasion, you will want to record your experience. Because this is for photographs only, don’t forget to inquire about our add-on filming price if you’d like to record this UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT!

📸  Optional Guided Photo Assistance – $100

Using your personal device, I’ll capture your session for you while guiding you through the home’s most iconic angles and lighting moments. This relaxed option allows you to stay present without relying on a tripod & timer.

📆  Reservations & Important Details

To preserve the magic of our home and ensure a beautiful experience for every guest, please review the following before requesting a reservation:

  • Booking: 50% non-refundable deposit via Venmo to secure your date. Remaining balance due the day before your session (by 8 AM MT). Reserve in advance (no walk-ins)

  • Availability: Friday – Tuesday. Holiday weekends are subject to premium rates.

  • Guests: Up to 6 people total (including photographer). Please email for larger groups and pricing. Follow simple rules (No smoking on property. For indoor: shoes off or use covers, no food or drinks, no sitting on TV, or moving furniture)

  • Reservation Time: Need more time? Book 2 photo opportunities back-to-back! You’ll get 60 minutes on our property to snap all the photos your heart desires.

  • Filming: Optional add-on available. Please inquire for filming rates.

  • Props: You’re welcome to bring your own or inquire about rentals.

  • Our Home: This is our real, lived-in family home. We kindly ask that guests respect our space, rules, and privacy.

  • Drones: Not permitted.

  • Pets: Must be approved in advance.

  • Décor: Seasonal décor remains as is. Rearranging is not permitted.

  • Cancellations: No refunds within 24 hours of your reservation.

  • Why it costs what it does: Each session requires careful preparation, cleaning, staging, and hosting – this place is magical because it’s also our real life.

💡  Helpful Notes

  • Parking is available across the street.

  • If you plan to use balloons, please allow 20–30 extra minutes before your session to prepare.

  • Please NEVER RELEASE your balloons – we care for the environment. We’re happy to properly dispose of them after for you.

  • Sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals will result in reduced photo time.

 

🤳  Media, Promotion & Business Use

Photos taken during your session are for personal use only.

Any commercial use – including media coverage, brand partnerships, sponsored content, business promotion, or product endorsement – must be approved in advance and requires a separate agreement.

FINE PRINT

  • Photoshoot pricing reflects up to 6 guests, including photographer.

  • Larger groups must be approved in advance and may require additional fees.

  • This is a private residence; drones and unauthorized filming are not permitted.

  • Costumes and props must be approved prior to arrival.

  • Home décor and seasonal items may not be moved or altered.

  • By booking, your session will be supervised by owner at all times.

  • Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance and must be on leash and leash held at all times by Guest. Guests are required to clean up any droppings and properly dispose of, if necessary.

  • Any filming, commercial use, or business promotion requires a separate agreement.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation are non-refundable.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or property.

  • The Real UP House and its owners are not liable for personal injury or loss during your visit.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • By booking, you agree that the owners may photograph and film any or all of your session and may use for promotion or media use.

  • By booking, you agree to follow all house rules and guidelines.
